This was a project I completed during my time at University. The brief we were given was to create an 8 page story of our chosen folk tale. we were given a choice of various folk tales with their possible origin coming from around the Derbyshire area. I enjoyed this project as it allowed me creative freedom to flesh out a very short folk tale but still having to make it work within the confines of 8 pages. I felt the piece had good pacing and doesn't feel too rushed. It was also good practice for me to learn inking and colouring techniques.
